Fair questions
- Is the free plan actually usable?
- Yes: full search, every filter including visa sponsorship, and explained match scores. The limits are on volume (5 tracked applications, 3 AI drafts a month), not on capability. Plenty of people find their role without paying us a penny.
- What happens when I get hired?
- Tell us and we'll pause your subscription with one tap, with no retention flows and no guilt trip. Your data stays for twelve months in case the next move comes sooner than planned.
- Do you sell my data to recruiters?
- No. You are the customer, not the product. Recruiters cannot buy access to your CV, your search history, or anything else. Our revenue is the subscription. That's the whole model.
- Can I switch between monthly and annual?
- Anytime. Switching to annual applies the lower rate immediately; switching to monthly takes effect at your next renewal. The maths is shown before you confirm.
- Is there a student discount?
- Final-year students and recent graduates (within 18 months) get Navigator at £5/month with a valid academic email. It's our quiet favourite thing we do.
